Book 3 or more trips between April 10th and July 5th and receive a $150 discount on a 4th trip to be booked in July, August or September. These 6 or 8 hour trips will target bluefish, fluke, bottom fish (sea bass, porgies, ling and tog) or night time striped bass. In order for the discount to apply, the trips must be booked under the same charter's name but do not necessarily have to be booked at the same time.

A $150 non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your trip. The deposit must be received within 7 days of contacting the Captain or the date will not be held. The remaining balance will be paid at the end of the trip.
With the current regulations requiring anglers to have fishing licenses,
B & D charters will obtain the licenses necessary for you to fish in New Jersey and New York waters. Therefore, no one fishing aboard the Fisher Price III will need to have an individual license from either state.

The Captain reserves the right to cancel any trip due to inclement weather. Trips canceled by the Captain will be rescheduled on a mutually convenient date. If none is available, deposits will be carried to the following season.
B & D Charters operates under the Coast Guard zero tolerance policy regarding illegal substances. No illegal substances are permitted and will result in the termination of the charter. If any passenger becomes intoxicated (as determined by the Captain) the boat will return to port with the full amount of the trip being charged.
It is customary to tip the mate 15 to 20%.
